Store purchases — refunds

All sales of physical products through the PokeMarket store are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. By completing a purchase you acknowledge your order is non-refundable. Refunds, when issued, are at PokeMarket's sole discretion (for example, an item that cannot be fulfilled).

Store purchases — shipping

Orders ship within the United States only. Shipping is charged per item at checkout ($5 or $10 depending on the item), calculated by Stripe Checkout. Items ship after payment clears.

Subscriptions

The PokeMarket subscription renews monthly. You can cancel anytime; you retain access through the end of the paid period. Partial months are not refunded, except where required by law.
